We never charge a "handlig charge", just $4.80 for shipping. Within the US, there's no shipping charge for orders $60 and over, except for Table Tennis robots. For international orders, we add a shipping charge equal to the US Postal Service's airmail charge. We try to keep your shipping charges as low as possible. Since the weight of each shipment is hard to determine exactly, we process it as a separate charge after packaging.
